How much does a health package cost?
The cost of a health package depends on the room category selected.
What is included in the package price?
The package includes accommodation, meals, and basic medical treatment.
What time is check-in?
We welcome our guests from 8:00 a.m. Breakfast is served from 9:00 a.m., followed by a doctor's consultation and prescribed treatments.
What should I bring with me?
Please bring:
- Passport or ID document;
- Payment funds if your package has not been paid in advance (cash);
- All available medical records, including test results, scans, medical reports, and discharge summaries;
- Swimsuit, towel, and rubber slippers;
- Personal hygiene items and comfortable seasonal clothing.
How many days are recommended for treatment?
The minimum recommended treatment period is 12 days. If you plan to undergo spinal traction therapy, the minimum stay is 14 days. A traditional spa and rehabilitation program is designed for 21 days.
Will I be prescribed spinal traction therapy?
Spinal traction is prescribed only by a doctor and only if there are medical indications and no contraindications. An MRI scan or spinal X-rays are required for evaluation.
Which procedures are included in the package price?
The basic treatment program is prescribed individually according to your health condition and medical indications.
How much money should I bring with me?
We recommend budgeting for additional treatments and personal expenses.
Will I receive the treatments recommended by my doctor, or does your doctor prescribe the treatment plan?
The treatment program is prescribed by the sanatorium physician after a medical examination and review of your medical records.
How can I get to the sanatorium?
If there is no direct connection, the easiest route is via Vinnytsia. From Platform No. 7 at the Western Bus Station in Vinnytsia, minibuses to Khmilnyk depart every 20–30 minutes. Please ask the driver to stop near the Trade Union Clinical Sanatorium "Khmilnyk". Transportation services are also available from Kyiv. During the booking process, ask for contact information, and we will provide the necessary details.
What is the check-in process?
Upon arrival, please visit the Admissions Office (Reception Desk), complete your check-in, have breakfast (if you arrive between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m.), and then attend your doctor's appointment.
Where do I have my doctor's consultation?
The duty administrator in your building will advise you where to attend your doctor's consultation.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking spaces are available. Secure guarded parking is available for an additional fee.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Wi-Fi access can be purchased at the Reception Desk immediately after check-in.
What meals are provided?
The sanatorium offers three full meals per day plus a late supper. The menu is seasonal, portion-based, and pre-ordered. It is not a buffet.
Are there any discounts?
Discounts are available only to citizens of Ukraine who hold an official disability certificate.
Is the swimming pool included in the package?
Use of the therapeutic pool is included if prescribed by your doctor. The freshwater swimming pool is available for an additional fee.
Can I choose a specific room?
The sanatorium guarantees only the room category, especially during the high season. Requests for a specific room, floor, or building are considered whenever possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Is there an elevator in the buildings?
Buildings with 2–3 floors do not have elevators. Buildings with 4–5 floors are equipped with elevators.
Can I come with children?
Yes, children are welcome. However, the sanatorium does not provide treatment for children, no treatment package is issued for them, and there is no pediatrician on staff.
Can I bring a small dog or cat?
No. Pets are not permitted in the sanatorium.
When do I need to check out?
Your room is reserved for you until 8:00 a.m. on the day following the last day of your package. For example, if your package is valid through the 17th, you must check out no later than 8:00 a.m. on the 18th.
